Making Yourself Blind
April 9, 2017

It was with some chagrin I read Senator Rand Paul’s comments after President Trump struck Syrian airstrips with Tomahawk missiles. His words quoted were,

“The question whether or not is advisable, we should have a big robust debate. In the Iraq war, everyone was gleeful to go after an evil dictator — Saddam Hussein. And yet, the end result was Iran became stronger…..”

Clue to Mr. Paul – Iran got stronger because “Redline” Barack Insane Obama abandoned the Field of Victory – leaving a power vacuum that history teaches us leads to more chaos. Perhaps that’s what Obama wanted – having repeated the vacuum effect by toppling Libya’s Gaddafi.

What better way to create millions of Muslim refugees to pour into Europe and foster the type of mayhem as experienced in Sweden on the 7th – to begin the downfall of Europe – with an end to do the same in America?

Democrats – you’ve done your job well. Your desire for power and money is so overwhelming you will be happy to be enthroned over a nation of rubble – just so you can be in charge of the masses of dead strewn at your feet.

I am as prepared to fight and die for the ideals of our Constitution as any malcontent trying to destroy our culture and our country – aided and abetted by the Democrat Party in America.

My oldest sibling once told me decades ago there were two types of people – Givers and Takers. You can imagine Givers as peaceful farming people in the Middle Ages – the Takers being the Huns appearing on the horizon carrying implements of death and destruction.

I invite anyone reading this to visit this Wikipedia address that lists Wars throughout recorded history:

Here you will find listings of hundreds upon hundreds of organized conflicts between humans – let alone the conflicts occurring in our inner cities and throughout much of the country. When has there ever been a time when humans did not kill humans, not only in self-defense, but also in battles of conquest?

History insists in revealing that throughout time there are good people and there are bad people. To suggest everyone could all get along flies in the face of human nature.

Holding hands and singing Kumbaya is fine – until someone of ill intent bears down on you to kill you, rape your women and daughters – and take any earthly gains wrought by your own hands.

People like Rand Paul disgust me for their naiveté. Burying your head in the sand means that just before someone separates your head from your body, you’ll wonder just where you went wrong.

Wake up, Mr. Paul, and America. The children of our world deserve better.

I don’t pity Muslims. Yes, some are bad and some are good, just like in every ideology, philosophy or belief. But the Muslims of the world have not taken action to clean their own house. In public they decry the actions of terrorists – yet inside their Mosques I’m sure the rhetoric is at a polar opposite.

I am a realist. I know there are good and bad people. That’s why – should anyone have intentions to harm me, or my family – may they rot in hell; and I will employ the means to hasten their relocation.

A little historical reminder from Martin Niemöller

First they came for the Jews
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.
