A Little Dose of Reality Please

A Little Dose of Reality Please

(Writer’s Note: As I am posting this I have just returned from a retail store. There I saw young women and wives wearing skin tight pants revealing all of their below the waist assets.)

There has been a lot of news lately about sexual assaults and bad behavior by men in Hollywood. But the secrets of the ‘casting couch’ have been around for decades. While I agree that men should not assault or rape women, it is incumbent upon me to look at both sides of an issue.

For instance, take a look at a female in a bathing suit in 1900.

Now look at a bathing suit from 2017.

Is there a noticeable difference?

I find it difficult to ignore the manner of female body exposure – even at Walmart. There on any given day I am treated to an abundance of T&A – translated as Tits and Ass. Even girls as young as eight years old can be seen sporting tight yoga pants perfectly revealing their little buttocks to men.

Some parents don’ see a problem with it as many parents over the years purposely let their daughters dress this way so they will fit in, so they will noticed, so they will get attention. It is Mom living vicariously through her daughter.

Not every man can control his perversions as I can but while we’re at it – can’t the feminists of today recognize that they are the ones wearing increasingly revealing clothing might not add to the problem being corrected.

If you don’t want to encourage rape – why dress to make men look at you in a sexual way?

Sure, blame it all on the men but since recorded time the female has used allure to attract men. If you want to deny this you are a liar.

Can it get any worse? Yes, if you happen to stumble upon the program Toddlers and Tiaras, a sexualization of young girls too young to even comprehend their own exploitation.

Who forces women to be ever more daring in their attire? Does someone hold a gun to their head and demand they wear revealing clothing – sex club dancers not withstanding? If you know that a hundred years ago such displays were not allowed – by what manner of thinking makes a person think it is acceptable today?

Come on women, do more to help the situation and stop looking like whores then feigning disgust when men leer at you. Your desire to be one up on the competition makes you push things farther away from decency.

If where there’s smoke there is fire – how about not fanning the flames.
